About me
Grant writing and evaluation
Since 2006, I have been working as an independent expert in the IT Directorate of the European Commission. I participate 1-2 times a year in the assessment and evaluation of international applications submitted to Horizon 2020, in the previous cycle eContentPlus, SaferInternet, CIP ICT PSP, and the Lifelong Learning Program, Key Activity 3, ICT programs, so I see the European Union application sphere, especially in the field of higher education, lifelong learning, and digital equal opportunities.
Teaching
I have been teaching in higher education since 2000, I have experience in teaching the following subjects:
E-learning and distance learning, Information science in the 21st century, Research methodology and computer technology basics, Strategic planning, Specialist seminar, Business case studies, Organizational behavior, Management knowledge, thesis supervision and evaluation.
